The auction went well on Wednesday evening.
The 12.60 acre field sold for £140,000.
The auction was conducted by Adam Day of The Farmer Network,
with Sam McAlister of Minihan McAlister Solicitors dealing with the sales contracts after the auction.
The land was purchased by an adjoining landowner.
The Greenhill Hotel provided an excellent venue for the event.
